Job Title: Sales District Head 360 Photography & QR Kit Sales Company: Scroll Ahead Private Limited Location: District Level (Field-Based Role) Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting to: Zonal Sales Head Salary: 30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives About the Role: Scroll Ahead Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales District Head to oversee and lead field sales activities for 360 Photography Services and QR Kit Sales in the assigned district. The role involves managing a team of 20 field sales executives, ensuring daily targets are met, and directly reporting performance to the Zonal Head. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Field Management: • Supervise and guide 20 field sales executives. • Allocate daily tasks, monitor field activity, and ensure on-ground execution. • Sales Delivery: • Drive district-level sales for 360 photography and QR kits. • Support field team in approaching local businesses, pitching services, and closing deals. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: • Compile daily/weekly sales reports from the team. • Report progress, challenges, and achievements to the Zonal Head. • Training & Motivation: • Train new hires on product knowledge and sales techniques. • Motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed targets. • Client Support: • Ensure smooth service delivery to clients. • Address field-level customer feedback and provide quick resolutions. Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of sales or field management experience, preferably in digital marketing, QR-based tech, or local business outreach. • Strong team leadership, communication, and planning skills. • Comfortable working in the field and managing on-ground sales operations. • Proficient in reporting and using mobile/CRM tools for tracking performance.
