** Industry preference- Manufacturing sector/Automotive sector ** we need stable candidate with good communication skills. Location- Gurugram (Work from Office), 5 days working Experience- Around 14 yrs + in Sustainability management with large Manufacturing organisation/Automotive sector including Sustainability Reporting, CDP, DJSI, BRR, IR. Knowledge of GRI Standards, CDP, DJSI, Sustainalytics, GHG accounting, Water accounting. Preferred Qualification- Masters in Environment / Sustainable Development or equivalent degree in Energy Purpose of the JOB- Responsible to drive the sustainability journey of the organization. Implement key projects as per plan on Sustainability & CSR [environment]. Prepare & maintain Sustainability reporting, questionnaire submissions as per CDP, DJSI, Eco Vadis. Main job responsibility- Responsible for GHG accounting and verification Conduct Water Footprint accounting and risk assessments Drive Decarbonization strategy across operations & derive Internal Carbon Price Develop Scope 3 improvement roadmap Natural Asset accounting in operations Monitoring Environment CSR projects Responsible for ESG ratings and developing strategy to improve. Provide guidance to all operations based on benchmarking Reporting frameworks GRI, verification and prepare SEBI- BRSR framework reporting. Responsible for assurance Respond to external questionnaires like CDP, DJSI, EcoVadis Secretarial Support for Sustainability Steering Committee, lead research on various topics of ESG and support sustainability framework
