Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of Branch Managers to achieve business targets and growth. Develop and implement strategies for agency channel development, tied channel management, and branch handling. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, customers, and internal teams. Oversee daily operations of branches across multiple locations (up to 5). Ensure effective leadership, coaching, and training programs for branch managers. Desired Candidate Profile 10-16 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in agency sales or similar roles. Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results through effective communication skills. Strong understanding of life insurance products and services; ability to develop innovative solutions for clients.
