Job Title: Divisional Manager / Manager - HR Location: Chakan Experience Required: 9 to 13 Years (Only Manufacturing Sector) Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or related field Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Divisional Manager / Manager - HR to oversee and manage plant-level human resource functions at Company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling HR operations in a manufacturing setup, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing workforce administration, and fostering a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Plant HR & Administration: Manage all plant-level HR operations and ensure smooth functioning. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives. Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training processes for plant employees. Ensure proper workforce planning to meet production and business needs. Budgeting & HR MIS: Prepare and monitor HR budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Develop, manage, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review. Maintain HR metrics such as attrition rates, hiring trends, and workforce productivity. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Adherence: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations. Handle audits, inspections, and ensure timely statutory filings. Keep updated with labor laws and HR best practices in the manufacturing sector. Contract Labour Management: Oversee contract labor deployment, compliance, and documentation. Ensure ethical labor practices and manage third-party labor vendors. Monitor attendance, wages, and work conditions of contract employees. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as a key contact for employee concerns and grievances at the plant level. Implement employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs. Work towards maintaining a healthy and productive industrial relations environment. Industrial Relations (IR): Develop and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, government authorities, and regulatory bodies. Handle negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining agreements. Resolve conflicts and disputes to maintain a harmonious workplace. Administration & General HR Activities: Oversee facility management, security, transportation, and other administrative functions. Drive safety and compliance programs within the plant premises. Support training and development programs for skill enhancement of employees. Required Skills & Competencies: Industry Experience: Strong exposure to manufacturing sector HR practices. Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in labor laws, compliance, and statutory obligations. HR Management Expertise: Ability to manage end-to-end HR operations in a plant setting. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Quick decision-making skills to resolve HR and IR challenges. Stakeholder Management: Experience working with plant heads, senior management, and labor representatives.
