Position : DM - Transmission Maintenance Exp : 4+ years Location : Nagpur Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Management: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive maintenance strategies for mechanical, electrical, and assembly equipment, including PLC-based machines. Strong knowledge of PLC programming, particularly with Siemens, is essential, along with expertise in electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting of PLC-based systems. Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks. Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and industry protocols. Operational Efficiency: Monitor equipment performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment. Oversee maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs while maintaining safety and quality standards. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities align with industry safety regulations. Conduct routine safety inspections and audits, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Support regulatory and safety audits by maintaining up-to-date documentation. System Upgrades & Projects: Oversee the implementation of organizational policies, including TS 16949, ISO, OHSAS, EMS, KAIZEN, RISE Circle, CFT, TPM, and MQW. Plan and execute maintenance projects, such as equipment upgrades, retrofits, and new installations. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review technical specifications and integrate new systems seamlessly. Lead troubleshooting initiatives for critical equipment failures to minimize downtime. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Generate regular reports on maintenance performance, equipment condition, and budget usage. Analyze data trends to predict potential failures and suggest improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Strong expertise in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens. Ability to operate efficiently in high-pressure environments and respond to emergencies. Proficiency in SAP modules, specifically PM and MM. Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic presses for production. Practical experience in gear train assembly line operations. Strong problem-solving skills using a Cross-Functional Team (CFT) approach. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
