Role & responsibilities This job involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of supplier data submitted through questionnaires, resolving any errors or inconsistencies, and maintaining compliance with scheme standards. Responsibilities include reviewing, contacting suppliers for clarification, updating records, and escalating issues as necessary. Efficiency is key, with a focus on meeting service level agreements and maximizing publication rates. Collaboration with Supplier Account Managers is essential for seamless service delivery. Continuous improvement is encouraged through participation in team meetings, Lean techniques application, and skills development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate information from supplier questionnaires, resolving errors and highlighting missing data. Ensure compliance with scheme standards and protocols. Manage workload through CRM queue, addressing outstanding queries to meet service level agreements. Collaborate with Supplier Account Managers to address issues and provide seamless service to customers. Attend team meetings, contribute suggestions for improvements, and participate in process efficiency initiatives.
