Conduct visual and measurement inspections of products/materials as per QAP, drawing technical specifications to ensure the quality compliance. Identify and document the nonconformities through detailed RCA, followed by CAPA. Monitoring Production Processes: Continuously monitor production to ensure compliance with established quality standards and address any deviations. Quality Control Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of formwork components to identify defects and non-conformities, ensuring timely corrective actions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities in line with QAP, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective actions Having sound knowledge of welding standards, manufacturing processes and Testing standards. Communicate the quality issues and collaborate with cross functional teams (Supply chain, Engineering) Work closely with the Engineering team to communicate any known issues with purchased parts or products or process deviations identified during inspections.
