Key Requirements: Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role (ideally 1-2 years). Strong understanding of the IT industry, including current technologies, trends, and required skill sets for various IT positions. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Ability to effectively screen, interview, and evaluate technical candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
