We focus on building long-term client relationships through trust, service excellence, and innovation. Job Summary We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Domestic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for domestic roles across various departments and client requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities : Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct interviews and assess applicant skills and experience. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines. Post job advertisements and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS). Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews and feedback. Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in domestic recruitment preferred. Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Nice to Have : Experience in bulk hiring or BPO/ITES recruitment. Understanding of local employment laws and labour trends.
