Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for domestic clients while maintaining accurate recruitment trackers for reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions based on client requirements. Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels to attract candidates. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker on a daily basis, recording sourcing efforts, interview statuses, offers, and joining details. Generate and share recruitment reports as needed for management review. Stay updated with IT hiring trends and best recruitment practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3M - 1 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends in India. Experience using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers using Excel, Google Sheets, or ATS. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
