We are currently looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter with experience in both contract and full-time hiring to join our growing team. Job Description: As a Domestic IT Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in recruiting top IT talent for both contract and full-time positions across various industries. Your key responsibility will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure the timely fulfilment of positions. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the recruitment cycle for both contract and full-time IT roles (including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates). Sourcing and Screening : Utilize job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking to source candidates. Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks. Client Collaboration : Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with their requirements for both contract and full-time positions. Candidate Management : Maintain a strong pool of candidates for both short-term contract and long-term permanent opportunities. Offer Negotiation and Coordination : Manage the negotiation process, including salary and other benefits, and coordinate the offer and joining formalities. Relationship Building : Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Market Intelligence : Stay updated with industry trends, skill requirements, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
