We are looking for Recruiters to work with us, to select qualified candidates for our clients by sourcing and interviewing candidates. Responsibilities: Understand the clients requirements. Source profiles internally OR Publish job ads on job portals / boards and social media for targeting Active & Passive candidates. Screen resumes and job applications against the required mandate from the clients. Interview candidates and arrange shortlists of qualified potential hires Coordinate with internal team / candidates / clients for interview process. Manage elaborated database of interviewed candidates / high-potential candidates for future reference. Requirements: Preferably a graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience in similar field. Able / Ability to manage the initial stages of hiring (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing) Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
