Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively monitor system performance, identifyissues, and implement solutions to enhance system stability and efficiency. Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement bestpractices and system enhancements in line with ITIL/ITSM frameworks. User Support: Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing technical issuesand ensuring a smooth operational experience. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, includingsystem configurations, troubleshooting guides, and procedural manuals. Project Collaboration: Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and other projectinitiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.Key Skills Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards CNC or a similarenterprise environment. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in system configuration, administration,troubleshooting, and performance optimization of JD Edwards CNC systems. ITIL/ITSM Knowledge: Strong experience in applying ITIL/ITSM principles to supportand enhance IT service delivery. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable oftranslating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention todetail. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of7 years of experience in administering and supporting the Ivanti ITSMplatform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technicalconcepts clearly to non-technical users.
