Requirements & Span Developed standards for Advanced Traffic Management Systems ensuring compliance with the standards set by NHAI / IHMCL / MoRTH. Managed the verification of ATMS and tolling procedures for smooth workflow at all times ensuring the system performance meets the SLAs. End-to-end management with OEMs for hardware integration. Leads efforts to reduce costs and integrate with multiple OEM products Manage the product life cycle - lead the development of products and management of resources to ensure organizational excellence & optimal utilization of development team. Drive end-to-end project management activities including planning, effort estimation, design, scope estimation,resource coordination and delivery as per specified timeframes for new and existing projects. Assist the management by providing relevant analytics on the performance of the system. Review SOPs and documentation as required from time to time for the above solutions. Assist external audits and system reviews from time to time Review the test procedures and results and approve the results of the test on all hardware and software. Review and approve O&M manuals and methods including periodical and corrective maintenance plans for Traffic Information & Management. Assist the client to evaluate SLA and make reports for Traffic Information Management System during O&M stage. Conduct training for concessionaires, operator and maintenance team for Traffic Management Experience Desired Experience: Advanced proficiency in software development with awareness to code in Java, DotNet, Python . Knowledge of SQL and databases. 3 - 5 years in a similar role with experience of multiple implementations and hardware integrations. Ability to conceptualize requirements - hardware and software Excellent communication skills and ability to handle large teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Providing proven leadership and management experience Solution-oriented, proactive and team spirited.
