Job Title: .NET Developer / Team Lead Location: [Pune/Chennai] Job Type: [Full-Time] Experience Required: [5 to 8 Years] Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on .NET Developer / Team Lead with strong technical expertise in .NET Core, C#, and front-end technologies (Angular/React) . The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile teams, leading small to mid-sized teams, and delivering scalable applications using microservices architecture. This role involves full-stack development, architectural input, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core , C# , and related technologies. Lead Agile development teams and ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop and integrate microservices in a cloud-native environment. Work on both backend (ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI/Web Forms) and frontend (Angular or ReactJS) components. Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions. Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices and guidelines. Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Write efficient and maintainable code, and conduct code reviews and technical documentation. Take ownership of modules or components with minimal supervision. Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: Solid hands-on experience in .NET Core (3.1+) , .NET 5.X , and C# 5.0 or above. Experience in ASP.NET MVC , ASP.NET WebAPI , and ASP.NET Web Forms . Proven experience in microservices-based architecture . Strong frontend development experience with Angular or ReactJS . Familiarity with SQL Server or Oracle databases. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization. Deep understanding of cloud security principles . Proven experience in leading Agile teams as a Team Lead . Excellent communication , collaboration , and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and proactively manage project deliverables. Experience in direct client communication and stakeholder management . Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS . Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to enterprise architecture best practices.
