The ideal candidate must have expertise in the Depository Participant (DP) domain and possess strong technical and leadership skills. Strong in ASPDotnet, C#, SQL, and team leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Dotnet developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and standards. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable applications using ASPDotnet, C#, and SQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project goals. Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Dotnet development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Expertise in the Depository Participant (DP) domain is mandatory. Proficiency in ASPDotnet, C#, SQL, and related technologies. Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and query performance tuning. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
