Job Title: Dozer Operator Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team at our Jharsuguda site. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating bulldozers for earthmoving, land leveling, and related construction or mining activities. Key Responsibilities: Operate bulldozers to move soil, rocks, and other materials at the job site. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the dozer to ensure optimal performance. Work collaboratively with site engineers and other operators to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures strictly. Maintain daily logs of work performed and equipment status. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dozer operations (preferably in mining or construction). Valid HMV license or equipment operator certification (if required by local regulations). Good understanding of safety procedures. Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments. Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
