Designation - Telecaller Male - Female qualification * - 12 Pass DRA CERTIFICATION MANDATORY - CIBIL SCORE - 700 or above Salary Depends o interview 3 months to 1 year- DRA CERTIFICATION MANDATORY Key responsibility - 1. Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments. 2. Communicate effectively with customers to collect payments. 3. Negotiate payment plans and arrangements. 4. Update customer records and payment information. 5.
