Officer-Collections / Recoveries - Contacting delinquent / pre-delinquent account holders using pre-defined scripts informing them about the overdue status & obtaining promise to pay. - Answering queries about products or the company - Asking questions to understand customer's issues / reason to default. - Enter and update customer information & response in the collections CRM. - Go the extra mile to achieve / excel assigned targets - Meet Agent Productivity & Efficiency benchmarks on a continuous / real-time basis. - Exhibit team player skills.
