Job Summary. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Drama and Theater Teacher to inspire students through the performing arts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theater, acting, and stage production, along with a commitment to fostering creativity and confidence in students. Key Responsibilities. Design and implement an engaging theater curriculum that aligns with international standards. Conduct acting, scriptwriting, voice modulation, and improvisation lessons. Organize and direct school plays, skits, and drama competitions. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate drama into interdisciplinary learning. Guide students in developing public speaking, storytelling, and stage presence. Manage stage productions, including script selection, rehearsals, costumes, and set design. Encourage students to participate in external theater events and competitions. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them grow in performance and confidence. Maintain an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Qualifications And Experience. Bachelor™s or Master™s degree in Theater Arts, Performing Arts, or a related field. 2+ years of experience teaching drama/theater to school students (IB/International curriculum experience preferred). Strong acting, directing, and stage management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passionate about working with children and fostering creativity. Experience in lighting, sound, and technical aspects of theater is a plus
