Responsibilities : Preparing the drawings related to the terms and conditions mentioned for the proposed development like high rise drawings, environment drawings, municipal DWGS. RERA DWGS, interior drawings of both residential & commercial buildings. Coordinating on emails with the concerned departments and consultants, proper documentation of soft & hard copies. Should have worked on High rise Residential & Commercial projects. Should know Basic Municipal norms. Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed. Prepare detailed architectural working drawings for residential & commercial construction projects. Well versed with Drafting & presentation technical details. Basic coordination with Structural, MEP & other consultants. Would prefer a candidate from an Architectural consultants firm. Please send me your Portfolio or work that you have done using AutoCAD. Computer Skill Requirements : Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD, PPT presentation, Photoshop (optional), Google Sketch up (optional), Revit Architecture (optional) and other basic applications.
