Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our existing clients. This role involves managing and nurturing key client relationships, including maintaining strong ties with CEOs and CFOs, driving sales growth, increasing wallet share within existing accounts, and utilizing solution-based selling techniques. You will also be responsible for collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services and alignment with client goals. Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential for assessing account performance and identifying opportunities for growth. Differentiating accounts according to state, product, seasons and buyer continents and plan back up to defend and maintain the OB Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to ensure you can proactively meet client needs. 4.Stakeholder Management: Manage internal relationships by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Risk, and Collections) to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients. 5.Numerical Analytical Skills: Utilize basic numerical calculations on invoice level calculation and to assess business origination performance, client growth potential, and overall account health. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive informed decisions and optimize account management strategies. 6.Meeting Quarterly Organizational Targets Reactivating Dormant Customers: Achieve quarterly sales and performance targets by focusing on growing existing accounts and reactivating dormant customers. Identify and engage with dormant or inactive clients, re-establishing relationships and offering solutions to meet their current needs. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
