Key Responsibility :We are seeking a self- driven & motivated Accounts Executive for handling accounting activities of our Group companies in Mumbai. Duties :Maintaining Record of various projects of Drishti group of companies.Reconciliation of Payroll & Tally for Recurring Deposits and Loan Accounts.Handling of Petty CashPreparing vouchers for bills, advances for group companies Filing Bank Slips & NEFT FormsUpdating Purchase RegisterUndergo training to Fill Financial Models for Management Information SystemHandling Stock & other day to day accounting transactions Handling Tax deduction at source, value added tax & other income tax matters.Reconciliation of Bank statement.Generation of Accounting Reports (Preparing Profit-and-loss statements, Tax preparation, Expense reports, GST & TDS Compliance etc) as per the requirement Checking monthly salary bills with HRAssisting Auditor during audit & conducting internal audits for policy adherenceRenewal of Insurance and tracking the sameCollection & Physical verification of stocks Any other job assigned by your superior in the interest of the company and your profession. Qualifications, Experience & Skill requirements:3 - 5 years of experience in accounting fieldProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management softwareBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is a mustExperience in handling Credit society accounting would be desirableDetail-oriented, organised and flexibleAbility to communicate in English & Konkani / Marathi
