Job Description

Position Title : Dealer Sales Promotor Department : Sales & Marketing Location : Maharashtra / Karnataka Reports To : TSI / ASM Job Summary : The Dealer Sales Promotor is responsible for driving sales and promoting the brand at the dealer level. The role involves engaging with dealers, managing relationships, providing product knowledge, and ensuring that the sales targets are met. This position will also focus on enhancing the dealers understanding of the companys offerings, ensuring proper display of products, and promoting effective sales strategies to improve revenue growth. Key Responsibilities : Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to enhance sales and foster loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing their inquiries, needs, and concerns. Provide continuous support and motivation to dealers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and knowledge for effective sales. Sales Execution : Achieve sales targets by promoting products at the dealer level and ensuring proper product distribution. Conduct regular visits to dealers to monitor sales performance, and ensure product availability and visibility. Implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies at the dealer level to drive sales and increase product awareness. Product Training & Education : Provide product knowledge and training to dealers and their staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in selling the company s products. Assist in new product launches, ensuring that dealers are well-equipped to promote and sell these products. Market Analysis & Reporting : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities or challenges. Report on sales performance, stock levels, and promotional activities to the sales team and management. Visual Merchandising & Display Management : Ensure that dealers maintain proper product displays in line with company guidelines to enhance product visibility. Work with dealers to implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers. Promotions & Events : Assist in organizing and executing dealer promotions, trade shows, and local marketing events. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the effective execution of promotional campaigns and advertising at dealer locations. Sales Support : Assist dealers in placing orders, resolving issues related to orders, and ensuring smooth delivery of products. Ensure that all sales materials and promotional items are available and up to date at the dealer level. Customer Feedback & Reporting : Gather feedback from dealers and customers to identify opportunities for product improvement or changes in sales strategy. Provide detailed reports to the sales manager, summarizing activities, challenges, and successes. Qualifications & Skills : Educational Qualifications : 12 th pass, Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Experience : FMCG Sales & Marketing
