Worst experience. I recieved parcel from north india. It will be in hub for more than 10 days even they will not bother about the customer. They didnt pick the call too.

Absolutely crap service. Don't pick up phone , don't deliver parcels, dont revert calls or update customers on parcel delays or situation, just absolutely nonsense of a company that needs to be completely revised and the negligent ppl there should be fired urgently ! Worst courier service ever. These people do not care about the customers or the products. They aren't organised at all. I once walked in directly to the Eldams road branch asking for my product, it took almost 2-3 hours for them to even find my product. Online vendors should stop using this company for delivery of their product.
