What We Expect From You 5 -8 years of relevant experience Programming skills (Python, SQL are a must have) Degree in Statistics, Maths, Physics, Economics or similar field. Comfortable handling and pre-processing large datasets and using Pyspark. S tatistical modeling, predictive modelling , and the application of machine learning algorithms and data science in client problems. Knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch , HuggingFace or La n gchain . U nderstanding of deep learning techniques and neural networks. Familiarity with cloud platforms (either AWS, GCP, Azure) along with knowledge of CI/CD tools. Applied knowledge in either NLP / NLU or reinforcement learning or Computer Vision . Stakeholder management and analytical thinking. Good to have Skills: Experience in retail media or marketing analytics and campaign delivery.
