The Artha complex is a very well maintained and neat and clean complex. IBM is no longer present here and now Kyndryl India has replaced IBM.

Good tech park with a lot green space and surrounded by good locality of noida extension. Many good firms are here and gaur city mall and few other good commercial options are near to it. You may live near to it as many high rise residential society are all around it with in 2km range

It's now Kyndryl building, 5 floor square shaped with cafeteria in center at ground floor. From all floors cafeteria is visible. Food in Cafe is good and reasonable rates.

This is the beautiful experience. Being in R Systems I see both IBM and RSystems ambience good. But IBM has better canteen although it's old and RSystems too going to have same.

I was working in this campus for IBM india pvt ltd...... outside city but very good place to work.... you will not get local transport in off hours....
