Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Lead manufacturing engineering projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new products, processes, and technologies. Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases of projects. Knowledge of Machine techno-commercial finalization, Ordering, Installation and commissioning. Knowledge of machineries related to Punching, Bending, Power Press, Welding & Foaming system. Knowledge of Hard tools, punching tools, Bending tools, SPM machines. Knowledge of Conveyor system, Automation. Machine capacity working/Utilization calculation. Knowledge of development of Foaming plug, Fixture, Assembly fixtures, Welding fixtures. Develop more effective production method by design of layout and material flow to improve productivity & Quality Based on annual business plan work on capacity planning to find solution & it's implementation if any constraint Responsible for time study, manpower mapping, preparation of operation sequence sheet Evaluate existing production processes and propose modifications, improvements in order to achieve productivity, quality improvement Attend and participate in various meetings with internal and external customers and eliminate problems Responsible to conduct trial of new model. Proficiency in MS office like word, excel, power point. Hands on experience in AutoCAD, SAP, ISO 9001:2015 Candidate preferred from Ref and AC background only. Candidate should be ready to relocate
