Position Overview: As a Dynamics 365 CRM at our company, you will be instrumental in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 environments. This role encompasses supporting Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and CRM, PROs Smart CPQ, and using Workato as an iPaaS solution to integrate Dynamics CRM with NetSuite ERP. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient operation of these applications, working closely with various teams to gather business requirements, and deploying solutions that improve both efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, superior problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities to interact effectively with all organizational levels. Responsibilities: Development Skills The candidate must have a strong understanding of D365 development and should have worked on intermediate to complex development projects. They should be fully proficient in developing Rules, Forms, and other components within D365. 1. Development in D365 can span two functional areas: i. CRM for Sales ii. CRM for Customer Service 2. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in both areas. However, exposure to one area is acceptable if they can demonstrate agility and a willingness to learn new domains. Consulting Skills The candidate must have strong consulting capabilities, including the ability to engage with both third-party and internal stakeholders. They should be able to understand important drivers, identify key components, and articulate their ideas effectively. Proven experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions is essential (BOTH are needed, not just one). Project Management Skills The candidate should have a solid grasp of end-to-end project management, including status reporting, risk mitigation, and ensuring project goes on smoothly. Required Skills & Education: • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred certification. • Experience: 3 to 6 years of extensive experience in administering Dynamics 365 applications, especially the CRM and Customer Support modules. Proven ability in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, PROs Smart CPQ, and utilizing Workato for system integrations. • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, adept in collaboration across functions. • Methodology Acumen: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies beneficial. • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new business requirements and technology shifts within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. • Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with Workato is a plus.
