Functional understanding of Dynamics CRM Modules (Sales & Service) Good understanding of security model & dynamics solutioning concept Experience in OOB Service & Data Management Experience in creating Dashboards, Report & Sitemap customizations Experience in creating Business Rules, Workflow & Business Process Flow Experience in JavaScript WebAPI and Actions Experience in development of extended customizations of Plugin, Custom Workflow Experience in Integrating with external systems from Dynamics Experience in Dynamics 365 version Good knowledge in Power platform like Power Automate Flow & UI flow Experience in migrating data into Dynamics will be added advantage Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations Experience working in Agile methodology Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables within Agile processes Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills
