Job Description

Role & responsibilities As an E-Commerce Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing e-commerce sales performance, optimizing ad campaigns, and providing data-driven insights to improve conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, content, and product teams, to ensure our clients achieve maximum ROI from their online sales channels. Key Responsibilities: Analyze & Optimize E-Commerce Performance: Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, AOV, and conversion rates across multiple online marketplaces and D2C websites. Campaign Monitoring & Strategy: Assist in setting up and optimizing Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart, and Amazon ad campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions. Product & Pricing Analysis: Monitor product listings, pricing strategies, and competitor benchmarks to ensure optimal positioning in the market. SEO & Content Optimization: Work with the content team to enhance product descriptions, keywords, and metadata for organic visibility. Market & Trend Analysis: Identify emerging trends in e-commerce and quick commerce platforms and provide strategic recommendations. Reporting & Insights: Generate performance reports using Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and ad dashboards, delivering actionable insights to internal teams and clients. Inventory & Demand Planning: Collaborate with account managers to track stock availability and prevent overselling or stockouts. A/B Testing & CRO: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional offers to enhance user engagement. Budget Allocation & Spend Optimization: Work with media buyers to ensure the best allocation of budgets for ad campaigns to drive efficient returns. Skills & Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Power BI, Tableau. Strong understanding of D2C brand growth strategies and the digital marketing funnel. Experience with SEO for e-commerce, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps (Hotjar, Crazy Egg), and user behavior tracking tools. Ability to interpret large datasets, track consumer behavior, and provide actionable insights. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to clients.
