Key Responsibilities:- 1. Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other platforms. 2. Handle order processing, returns, and refunds to ensure a smooth customer experience. 3. Optimize SEO, keywords, and product descriptions to improve search ranking and visibility. 4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement. 5. Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket) for timely deliveries. 6. Run promotions, discounts, and ad campaigns on various marketplaces. 7. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform policies. Required Skills & Qualifications:- 1. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or digital marketing. 2. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, and Shopify. 3. Knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads), and online marketplace algorithms. 4. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets, and inventory management tools. 5. Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize sales. 6. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
