Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage and optimize online sales channels, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.). Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI. Participate in digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers. Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to improve sales performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Monitor competitors, identify emerging e-commerce trends, and recommend innovative sales strategies. Enhance the customer journey and user experience to increase engagement and reduce cart abandonment rates. Track and report KPIs, such as sales reports, inventory analysis, traffic, conversion rates etc. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Knowledge of CRM and automation tools is a plus. Experience in B2C or DTC e-commerce environments. Understanding of supply chain and fulfilment processes.
