Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Product Listings Create and update product listings on Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon Add images, titles, keywords, pricing, and descriptions optimized for SEO Order Processing & Label Printing Download and print shipping labels and invoices daily Coordinate with packaging team to pack products correctly and on time Return Management & Claims Handling Monitor and manage return orders File claims for damaged or wrong returns and follow up until resolution Inventory Management Update stock regularly on all platforms Ensure no product goes out of stock or oversells Packing & Dispatch Coordination Ensure correct items are packed with proper branding Hand over parcels to courier partners with accuracy Customer Issue Resolution Handle customer queries and negative reviews Raise tickets for complaints or replacements as needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
