Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and brand websites, optimizing product listings, running promotions, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms. Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO for better visibility and sales. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve performance. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to enhance the online shopping experience. Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements. Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries efficiently. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and digital marketing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Strong knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms. Understanding of payment gateways, logistics, and supply chain management. Knowledge of PPC campaigns, Facebook Ads, and Google Shopping Ads.
