Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and/or brand website Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions Coordinate with the design team for banners, creatives, and A+ content Track and update inventory regularly to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations Monitor and manage order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to suggest improvements Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts in coordination with marketing Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, traffic, and inventory Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and resolve any account-level issues
