E-Commerce Head (RSM) Required Exp - 15 Years + Location - Noida Responsibility- E-Commerce Head (RSM) will be responsible for managing & scaling DSFLs E-Commerce business for the organization in India. E-Commerce Head leads all the initiatives being undertaken for the channel, including but not limited to, listing on new platforms, managing existing platforms, find opportunities for sales growth, aligning central teams on operations. E-Commerce Head coordinates with GT team to resolve any conflicts arising with E-Commerce in the territory due to respective business priorities. Sales Objective Responsible for sales planning & achievement for the business •Develop & achieve joint business plans for the key accounts •Interact with E-Commerce accounts to ensure availability of products across all locations •Oversee the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives and channels.
