Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven E-commerce Manager to lead the global online sales strategy for G-Rollz. This role will be central to optimizing multi-regional websites, aligning digital efforts across teams, and accelerating our e-commerce growth. You will work closely with key stakeholders and have ownership of the end-to-end online customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development, performance, and continuous optimization of regional e-commerce websites. Ensure seamless integration between online platforms and our ERP system (NetSuite). Collaborate with the Amazon Specialist, Digital Marketing team, and other departments to execute a unified e-commerce strategy. Monitor key performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions to improve traffic, conversion, and customer experience. Implement best practices across SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for all platforms. Build, manage, and grow the e-commerce team, ensuring operational excellence and agility. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations, ideally across multiple regions or international markets. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, analytics, and digital marketing fundamentals. Familiarity with ERP integrations, especially NetSuite, is a strong advantage. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
