E-Commerce Manager

Job Description

Manage the full e-commerce order lifecycle—from order placement to final delivery and returns. Oversee daily order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns across warehouses or fulfillment centers. Collaborate with logistics providers, shipping carriers, and 3PL partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Implement and optimize order fulfillment workflows, inventory tracking, and shipping systems. Ensure accurate stock levels across online platforms and fulfillment centers. Identify and resolve order issues, delivery delays, and customer complaints swiftly. Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping times, return rates, and fulfillment costs. Work closely with the e-commerce, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure seamless post-purchase experiences. Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and policies (domestic and international, if applicable). Prepare reports on fulfillment performance, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
