Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an E-Commerce Operations Manager. The E-Commerce Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of our online store, manage inventory, fulfill orders, optimize the online customer experience, and ensure smooth logistics and distribution processes. This role also includes analyzing sales data, implementing strategies to increase e-commerce revenue, coordinating with marketing and customer service teams, and managing vendor relationships. QualificationsProficiency in E-Commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics3 to 5 years Experience in analyzing sales data and implementing revenue optimization strategiesFamiliarity with digital marketing and customer service coordinationStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and vendor management skillsAbility to work on-site in AhmedabadBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
