Job Title: Product Enrichment Analyst/Sr. Analyst/Lead Work Mode: Remote/WFH Office Location: Gurugram Experience: Min 3+ years Job Summary The Product Enrichment Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Data Enrichment Team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves prioritising workloads based on business needs and driving continuous improvement in product content accuracy and enrichment processes. The Lead will also produce regular productivity reports based on SLAs, coordinate ongoing training and development for team members, and provide support to enrichment analysts. As a key escalation point, the Product Enrichment Lead will assist in resolving issues and ensure alignment with the companys quality standards and operational objectives while adhering to company standards and values. Responsibilities/Accountabilities Produce productivity reporting on a regular cadence based on current SLAs (service level agreements) Liaise with the New Zealand Data Enrichment Lead, other stakeholders, and coordinate and prioritise workloads for the Data Enrichment Team, including ad-hoc priorities. Support the Data Enrichment Squad and serve as an escalation contact when required Assist Product Enrichment Analysts with proofreading content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency Support and coordinate team member training as needed Collaborate with team members to meet objectives Take ownership of tasks, following policies and procedures, ensuring quality, accuracy, and deadlines are met Live the company culture, values, and behaviours Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ensure MDM workflows are consistently maintained at manageable levels, optimising efficiency and preventing backlog accumulation Drive continuous reduction in product content errors and inaccuracies through regular team member training and development Skillset Required Strong written skills in NZ English and grammar Strong verbal communication Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Understanding of the NZ Fair Trading Act Creative thinking Research skills Computer literacy and competency
