Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM Job Brief: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be resilient, empathetic, and dedicated to driving company growth. They will be responsible for acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and enhancing business operations. The role involves selling E-commerce marketplace subscriptions (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho), identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The selected candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage business operations efficiently. Responsibilities: Sell E-commerce marketplace subscriptions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Acquire and manage new client relationships. Develop long-term sales strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. Identify and qualify new sales leads through networks and online research. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong connections with clients via telephone, email, and online channels. Present and demonstrate company products/services effectively. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and update the sales funnel for efficient workflow. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and address feedback effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality. Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. Requirements: 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in E-commerce. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
