We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Specialist with expertise in managing online sales channels within the US marketplace landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and proven experience in driving sales and optimizing performance metrics across various online channels. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize product listings across multiple US-based e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Overstock, Wayfair, Target, JC Penney, Kohls Etc. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, increase visibility, and improve product rankings within each marketplace. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, and implement initiatives to improve metrics and meet targets. Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and industry best practices to optimize performance and stay ahead of the competition. Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability while minimizing excess inventory and markdowns. Provide regular reporting and insights on e-commerce performance, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed to support e-commerce initiatives and drive operational efficiency. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues related to order fulfillment, customer service, and platform integrations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on US-based marketplaces. Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving growth targets within e-commerce channels. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Marketplace, etc., and experience with their backend systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with e-commerce tools and software solutions such as inventory management systems, repricing tools, and analytics platforms is a plus. This position is located in office based in Gurugram (Golf Course Extn. Sector 61), Haryana.
