Support and manage schedules and communication for senior leaders in APAC and EMEA Act as a point of contact amongst the leaders and other critical stakeholders Oversee general office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Manage employee engagement activities and coordinate company meetings, events, and logistics. Design and execute the employee engagement charter for the employees in partnership with other teams Act as office manager and oversee day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operation Be the official point of contact for any activities at the office You have 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passionate about providing a superlative experience to employees Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
