We are looking for a Sales and Outreach Specialist to help us expand our reach, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the adoption of our ABA and other therapy services.Job OverviewThe Sales and Outreach Specialist will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, raising awareness about ABA and other therapies, and building strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, schools, and other organizations in need of the services offered by the company. This role requires an individual who is passionate about behavioral health, highly motivated, and skilled in outreach and sales within the healthcare or educational sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and target potential clients, including families, schools, pediatricians, healthcare providers, and community organizations that could benefit from ABA and other therapy services.Conduct outreach efforts through cold calling, emails, networking, and attending relevant conferences and events to generate leads and expand the client base.Qualify leads and assess their specific needs to offer tailored solutions for ABA services.Client Outreach & Relationship Building:Engage with families, schools, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to introduce the benefits of ABA and other therapy services.Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction.Educate potential clients on the value and effectiveness of ABA therapy for individuals with autism and related behavioral challenges.Sales Presentations & Consultations:Prepare and deliver presentations and consultations to potential clients, caregivers, and organizations to explain how our ABA therapy services can support individuals' behavioral, academic, and social development.Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of the organization, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy and care.Contract Negotiation & Closing Sales:Work with families and organizations to negotiate service contracts, MOUs and ensure successful enrolment in ABA and other therapy programs.Close deals by effectively presenting pricing structures, service offerings, and addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.Partnership Development:Develop strategic partnerships with local schools, pediatricians, healthcare providers, and community organizations to create referral networks for ABA therapy services.Identify opportunities for collaboration that can enhance service offerings and client access to ABA services.CRM & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and conversion rates on the google driveProvide regular reports on outreach efforts, sales metrics, and the status of leads and client relationships.Market Research & Community Engagement:Stay informed about trends and best practices in ABA therapy, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and related treatment approaches.Engage with local communities, educational groups, and professional networks to raise awareness about ABA therapy and our services.Advocacy & Education:Serve as an advocate for ABA therapy within the community by educating potential clients and their families about the importance of early intervention and evidence-based behavioral therapy.Organize workshops, seminars, or informational sessions to build awareness and generate interest in our services.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in a sales, outreach, or business development role within the healthcare, education, or therapy services sector.
