Early Years Facilitator

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the teaching department, specifically working with young children. The Early Years Facilitator will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Roles and Responsibilities: - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children - Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the individual needs of each child - Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents and caregivers - Maintain accurate records of each childs development and progress - Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for early childhood education Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field - At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a teaching capacity - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
