Early Years Facilitator

Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Facilitator to support the development and learning of young children (ages 0–6 years) through play-based, child-centered approaches. The facilitator will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities aligned with early childhood development goals. Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity. Use play-based learning and developmentally appropriate practices in daily activities. Observe and document children’s learning, development, and behavior to inform teaching strategies. Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns. Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to support holistic child development. Ensure all activities adhere to child safeguarding, health, and safety standards. Participate in professional development and training sessions as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
