To understand and analyze the tender technical specifications/ tender documents.3. Good understanding of tender drawings.4. To collaborate with vendors to get competitive and technical compliant quotations.5. To analyze the different quotations and establish the feasible cost as per technical requirements of client and consultants. 6. To develop cost analysis, Quantity take off, Equipment schedule, load calculations, Cable schedule, cost comparisons, technical analysis and detailed costing for a tender project.7. To follow different estimation formats provided by Manager for effective estimation and reporting.
