( ) Role & responsibilities 1. Calling the Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status2. Follow up with the Insurance Company to check the status of outstanding claims3. Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales4. Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments5. Handle outbound calls to resolve insurance-related issues6. Verify the credentials of healthcare professionals7. Strong knowledge of Denial management8. Receive payment information if the claims have been processed9. Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards10. Work cohesively in a team setting, Assist team members to achieve shared goals11.
