Talent Acquisition Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficient hiring of top talent.Employee Relations & EngagementAct as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns.Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Performance ManagementOversee the development and execution of performance management systems, including regular feedback and goal-setting processes.Identify training and development opportunities to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities. HR Policy & Budgeting ManagementCreate, update, and enforce HR policies that ensure compliance with legal standards and support company culture.Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Maintain high-quality standards in all HR documentation and communications. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.Expertise in policy development, HR budgeting, and performance management structure.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong operational skills and proactive approach to solving problemsProficient in English languageProficiency with HR systems and methodologies. HRMS- Keka knowledge is preferred. Familiarity with managing remote teams
